Blue-Green Algae

Lake Klamath in Oregon, is the source of a fantastic super food
I have begun to take.

My doctor suggested I read this book
and try Blue-Green Algae.

The one I am taking is from Klamath Lake in Oregon.

I am impressed with this super food.

Dear Sprite,
I am very impressed with this super food. It is packed with vitamins, minerals and protein! Blue-green algae is easy for the body to digest too. My body has really responded. I would encourage everyone to try it. I like this source too. The lake the algae grows in is high in the mountains and is very "clean". Let me know if you decide to get some.
Good health and many hugs,
Sherry

Dear Anna,
I also pull algae from the ponds!
The way I "eat" my blue-green algae is in a capsule...It seems cleaner...
I also believe massage helps to take away the aches and pains of every day living.
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Dawn,
I am not sure how the following thing works. Sometimes I see it on other's blogs and will click.
I do not post very often on Ayurveda Way. It is a slow learning curve for me.
I have some new products and I have beem meaning to share. Thanks for the nudge to do so.
